Swedish Massage:
Your session may start with broad, flowing strokes which will help to calm your nervous system and relax exterior muscle tension. As your body becomes more relaxed, pressure will gradually be increased to mild, to moderate pressure, to help relax specific areas and relieve areas of muscular tension, thus promoting a sense of peace, for your  body, mind, and spirit connection. This massage could relieve muscle tightness, and promote relaxation.
Aromatherapy essential oils are used to enhance the bodywork & massage session, they are used to aid in relaxing the client and can be customized to the client's needs for the day.                                                               Stress Reduction/Deep tissue Massage:
This session is very similar to Swedish massage, but includes aromatherapy essential oils, heat, and deep tissue massage and light stretching along with swedish strokes and pressure point therapy. This massage allows us to address problem areas, we may incorporate many different techniques as needed for optimun results. This massage is great for stress, different pain issues, such as Low back pain, neck pain, headaches, flexibility, carpal tunnel issues, fibromyalgia, arthritis and more,  view our massage benefit page for many other different benefits.
 

These techniques and others may be incorporated into the stress reduction, deep tissue massage.Neuromuscular Deep Tissue /Myofascial Release:Neuromuscular therapy is a form of massage that applies static pressure  to the skin with the aim of stimulating specific areas of skeletal muscle, often these areas of muscle are myofascial trigger points. 
Myofascial release is a form of soft tissue therapy used to treat contracted muscles and accompanying connective tissue. This is accomplished by relaxing contracted muscles, increasing circulation, increasing lymphatic drainage and stimulate the stretch reflex of muscles and overlying fascia.
                                                                                     

Hot Stone Massage
A massage for the Body, Mind, and Spirit.  The Massage therapist often begins by heating the stones, then applying oil to the body which allows the stones to glide smoothly along the muscles. The stones are placed on specific points on the back, palms of hands, legs, face and between the toes.  The warmth of the hot stones expands the blood vessels pushing blood and unwanted waste materials through the body. This has a sedative effect on the nervous system by relaxing the muscles, improving circulation, and calming the nervous system.  After the hot stones have relaxed the muscles, the massage therapist may put down the stones and use various massage techniques using their hands to directly massage the skin.

Hand and Foot Massage...............................$35.00
Hand and foot massage:
This massage is great for the hands and feet and for someone who has a limited amount of time or has never had a massage before, this massage could be an introductory to a new venue for health. This massage begins with applying essential oils and heat to both hands and feet, an aromatherapy eye pillow will be applied to the eyes and soft music will be playing while the massage therapist massages the hands and the feet .  This massage allows the client to be fully clothed while receiving the hand and foot massage, but yet will feel very relaxed, and hopefully feel like they are walking on air.....and have a sense of well being and balance to their body, mind,

Pre-Natal/Post-Partum/Infant Massage:
Pregnancy Massage is great for women who are pregnant. This massage is tailored for each stage of the pregnancy. Aromatherapy essential oils are used to help with nausea, and the massage therapist will make sure that the client is very comfortable on the table.  The massage therapist will use many different techniques that are great for Pregnancy massage and tailored to your needs.

                                                                                                                                                        

                                                                            

 Chair Massage.................30 minutes.............$35.00....Seated Chair Massage:
Seated chair massage is done with the client sitting on a massage chair, fully clothed, and no oils or lotions are used. The session is 30 minutes.  These are great for headaches, backaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, and for clients that are in a hurry and do not have the time for table massage, and need a little gentle healing  touch on a break...30 minutes..................................................$35.00
